Irska – Građevinski radovi – Trinity Research Labs Deep Retrofit, Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation and Fit Out Works

Proposed Works will deliver the fit out of the existing buildings to provide sustainable, world-class research facilities with improved accessibility and inclusivity. The Project will include significant fabric and service upgrade works to Units 1, 2, 3 and 8 as well as fit-out works to Units 2, 3 and 8. Unit 1 is currently under construction as an Aerospace research facility, Unit 2 is proposed to be repurposed as a world-class Water Suite, Unit 3 is proposed to be a Human Research Facility with flexible and adaptable spaces, Unit 8, which is located at that level, will be repurposed into a Data Analysis and Modelling Lab and made accessible by provision of a lift.
