Traficomin web services are a central channel for communication, consultation and information for citizens, companies and other stakeholders. The web services publish up-to-date information, guidelines, decisions and services. The objective of the procurement is to support the continuous development, monitoring and quality assurance of Traficomin web services. With the procured services, Traficom can monitor the use of web services, user feedback, accessibility and quality, as well as develop web services based on information. The subject of the procurement is the web service quality and feedback tool software service to be used by the Purchaser. The software service consists of three modules: Module 1 Accessibility, Module 2 Visitor Feedback and Module 3 Analytics. The modules can be taken into use and removed from use flexibly during the contract period as needed. The contract is valid for a fixed term of five (5) years from the date of signing the contract. The Purchaser has the right to extend the contract for two (2) one (1) year options. The Purchaser shall notify the Supplier of the use of the option no later than three (3) months before the end of the original contract period or the first option period. The use of the option is at the sole discretion of the Purchaser.
