A pre-project (the subject of this tender) aims to, on the one hand, record and optimise the internal requirements of the UzK, in particular the processes in Technical Building Management (subproject in the pre-project (TPV 1)) in accordance with BPNM (priorities 1 and 2) and, on the other hand, to create a data concept for the collection of CAFM data (TPV 2). This is followed by a market analysis to explore market-ready systems (TPV 3) and, in TPV 4, the definition of all technical and IT requirements (including comparison with strategic topics as well as sustainable operating concepts in property management and in the data centre of the University of Cologne). Subproject 5 (TPV5) then involves the creation of all performance-describing and other technical documents required for the implementation of the main project for the tendering procedures.
