A modern, secure, efficient IT infrastructure and the proper functioning of the technical conditions necessary for interoperability services as well as complex IT systems for the central apparatus and other subordinate units of the MAI require the organisation and conduct of an award procedure for the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of software licenses for a period of 36 months, CPV code 48310000-4, structured as follows:

- Lot 1 – Office suite package;

- Lot 2 – Operating system;

- Lot 3 – Type 1 server operating system;

- Lot 4 – Type 2 server operating system.

The contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to all requests for clarification/additional information once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarifications requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, as specified in section I.3) Communication in the data sheet.
