Franciaország – Nagyjavítás és felújítás – Marché d'embellissement des loges gardiens et de signalétique pour le patrimoine d'Elogie-Siemp

Elogie-Siemp, a social landlord of the City of Paris, is launching a program to enhance and harmonize the lodges of its building caretakers. This program aims to improve the reception of tenants, to strengthen the readability of spaces and to affirm the image of the organization across its entire portfolio. The present contract concerns the implementation, in a single lot, of the following services for approximately 200 lodges:

- Supply and installation of harmonized signage (interior welcome panel, exterior flag, building identification panel);

- Creation of a painted wall in Elogie-Siemp's colors;

- Installation of a water point in the few lodges that lack one.

The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) and other attached documents. The present contract is a mixed contract, primarily treated at a global and lump-sum price (100 lodges at a lump sum and the rest + identification plates at BDC). As an ancillary matter, the present contract is also treated in the form of a single-award framework agreement under Article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by issuing purchase orders in accordance with Article R.2162-13 of the aforementioned Code. The purchase order part is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of 80 000 euro(s) HT over the total duration of the contract.
