A tender involves a single framework agreement relating to agency work and Try & Hire. The purpose of the tender is to ensure AffaldPlus access to qualified agency workers, who, as needed, can be integrated into AffaldPlus' operation and other relevant functions. The services must be delivered in accordance with the requirements for, among other things, competencies, experience, availability, ordering, delivery and other conditions, which appear from the specification and the other tender documents. Try & Hire means that AffaldPlus, under more closely defined conditions, can be offered the opportunity to permanently employ an agency worker who has been provided by the supplier for a period. The more specific terms for this appear from the specification and the contract. The specific procurement includes the services and related deliveries that appear from the specification, the offer list and the other tender documents. The specification contains the requirements that the supplier must meet in connection with the implementation of the contract. The services must be delivered according to AffaldPlus' specific and ongoing needs. AffaldPlus is therefore not obligated to purchase a specific number of agency hours, a specific number of agency workers or services for a specific amount, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the tender documents. The estimated value of the framework agreement for the total period is DKK 8,000,000 excl. VAT. The estimated value is set on the basis of AffaldPlus' historical consumption, expected future needs and other relevant operational conditions. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 10,500,000 excl. VAT. The maximum value represents the total ceiling for procurement under the framework agreement. The estimated value is not a guarantee for a specific consumption or a specific turnover. The actual consumption can be both lower and higher than the estimated value, but cannot exceed the maximum value of the framework agreement, unless a change can be legally implemented according to the procurement rules on contract changes.
