A tender's subject is the entire Senaatti Group's locking systems and the products, software and services directly related to them. The aim of this tender is to obtain strong suppliers to produce and maintain the Senaatti Group's locking systems, door environments and devices and systems related to physical access control on a national level. A more detailed description of the tender is in Appendix 2. 'Description of the tender subject'. The tender is national and is divided into geographical sub-regions as follows: 1. Southern Finland region, Helsinki area 2. Western Finland region, Turku area 3. Western Finland region, Tampere and Hämeenlinna area 4. Western Finland region, Jyväskylä area 5. Western Finland region, Vaasa area 6. Eastern Finland region, Kouvola area 7. Eastern Finland region, Kuopio area 8. Northern Finland region, Oulu area 9. Northern Finland region, Rovaniemi area. The sub-regions are named after one or at most two cities located in the region. However, each sub-region covers a larger entity than the named city. More detailed sub-region-specific descriptions are presented in the appendices. The bidder may bid for one or more sub-regions. JOINT PROCUREMENT Senaatti Properties carries out the tender in cooperation with other actors belonging to the same group. In the joint procurement, Senaatti Properties is responsible for the practical implementation of the procurement process, the procurement decision and the conclusion of contracts. The procurement unit arranges one information event for the tender on Thursday 3.9.2026 at 10-11. The event is voluntary. More information from the Tarjoajainfo appendix. At the event, the tender documents and tender documents will be discussed in general. The purpose of the event is to inform bidders about the content of the tender documents and to encourage bidders to bid.
