**Short description:** The DR Auvergne is looking for a service provider to carry out the following tasks:

- Capture, control and support of network non-conformities (NCR)

- Study of network non-conformities (NCR)

- Support for the implementation of corrective actions

- Support for the implementation of preventive actions

The service provider will be required to:

- Identify and capture NCRs

- Perform control and support tasks

- Perform studies on NCRs

- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions

The service provider will work in close collaboration with the DR Auvergne teams and will be required to:

- Provide regular reports on the progress of the tasks

- Provide regular updates on the status of NCRs

- Provide regular updates on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions

The service provider will be selected based on the following criteria:

- Technical expertise

- Experience in network management

- Experience in NCR management

- Experience in corrective and preventive action implementation

- Proposed methodology

- Proposed pricing

The contract will have a duration of 5 years, from 2027 to 2032. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 500,000.
