The facility is estimated to have at least 500,000 visitors per year. The contractor must therefore have the knowledge, capacity, and willingness to operate and develop Tinnerbäcksbadet, which includes the indoor pool including the outdoor pool. Technical property management and operation of pool water treatment are not included in the contract.
