A HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH az egyik a berlini hat kommunális lakásépítő vállalat. A berlini iskolabauoffensive részeként a HOWOGE a berlini állam számára új iskolák építését és nagyjavítását végzi. Ebben a szerepében a HOWOGE beépítését tervezi a „Schule an der Jungfernheide” (SAJ) létező iskolaközösség számára a berlini Spandauban. A megbízandó teljesítmények a kulcsra készen átadandó iskolahelyszín építését és a megbízás első szakaszában a partneri fázis végrehajtását foglalják magukban, a berlini iskolabau-team modell alapján a 2. Lph-ban. Az új iskolahelyszín egy korábbi sportpálya (korábban Siemens-sporttelep) területén található, amely egy 2-3-2-os közösségi iskolából áll, amely minden szakaszban 2 vonalig tart, egy dupla sportcsarnokból (6 csarnokrész) és a hozzá tartozó iskolai szabad területekből és külső sportlétesítményekből. Minden építési munka időben, használatra alkalmas, funkcionális és hibátlanul kell megépíteni. A HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies of the state of Berlin. As part of the Berlin school construction offensive, the HOWOGE is responsible for the new construction and major renovations of schools for the state of Berlin. In this role, the HOWOGE intends to build a new community school for the existing school community: „Schule an der Jungfernheide“ (SAJ) in Berlin Spandau. The services to be awarded concern general contractor services for the turnkey construction of the school site and, in the first stage of the order, the implementation of a partnering phase according to the school construction team model in Lph 2. The new school site is located on the district-owned plot of a former sports field (formerly Siemens sports facility) and consists of a 2-3-2-track community school with a focus on support from 2 tracks up to secondary level I, a double sports hall (6 hall sections) and the associated school open spaces and outdoor sports facilities. All construction services are to be completed on time, ready for occupancy, functional and free of defects.
