A tendering procedure's subject is the introduction of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) with an electronic catalogue for the procurement of forensic gloves for the individual workplaces of the contracting authority, which are Pardubická nemocnice, Chrudimská nemocnice, Orlickoústecká nemocnice, Svitavská nemocnice and Litomyšlská nemocnice. The subject, specific deadlines, commercial and payment terms, evaluation criteria, technical requirements and conditions for fulfilling the individual public contracts awarded within the framework of the DNS will be specified in detail in the individual invitations to tender according to § 141 of the Act. The DNS will be introduced for a period of 10 years and is divided into categories.
