A Tendering Authority intends to contract three contractors per lot on the basis of a RAW framework agreement. Further orders will be placed per lot. Lot 1: tree renovation Amstelveen & Aalsmeer; Lot 2: tree maintenance Amstelveen & Aalsmeer; Lot 3: tree safety inspection Amstelveen & Aalsmeer. The Contract concerns:  A multi-year RAW framework agreement for Lot 1: tree renovation Amstelveen & Aalsmeer;  A multi-year RAW framework agreement for Lot 2: tree maintenance Amstelveen & Aalsmeer;  A multi-year RAW framework agreement for Lot 3: tree safety inspection Amstelveen & Aalsmeer. The total estimated value of the tendered contract is € 8.620.000 exclusive of VAT. This amount is based on the expected take-up during the initial term and the extension options, with a maximum contract duration of four (4) years. The expected distribution is:  Lot 1: € 4.550.000,- exclusive of VAT;  Lot 2: € 3.550.000,- exclusive of VAT;  Lot 3: € 520.000,- exclusive of VAT. This distribution is indicative only. The amounts per framework agreement do not include a turnover or take-up guarantee. The actual distribution may change during the term, depending on the nature and scope of the works. Once the joint maximum value of € 8.620.000 exclusive of VAT is reached, the agreements will end by operation of law and no further orders will be issued, even if the maximum term has not yet expired.
