Franciaország – Nagyjavítás és felújítás – Marché d'embellissement des loges gardiens et de signalétique pour le patrimoine d'Elogie-Siemp

Elogie-Siemp, a social landlord of the City of Paris, is launching a program to enhance and harmonize the lodges of its building superintendents. This program aims to improve the reception of tenants, to strengthen the readability of spaces and to affirm the image of the organization across its entire portfolio. The present contract concerns the execution, in a single lot, of the following services for approximately 200 lodges:

- Supply and installation of harmonized signage (interior welcome panel, exterior flag, building identification panel);

- Creation of a painted wall in Elogie-Siemp colors;

- Installation of a water point in the few lodges that lack one.

The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) and other attached documents. The present contract is a mixed contract, mainly treated at a global and lump sum price (100 lodges in lump sum and the rest + identification plates in BDC). As an ancillary measure, the present contract is also treated as a single-award framework agreement in accordance with Article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by issuing purchase orders in accordance with Article R.2162-13 of the aforementioned Code. The purchase order part is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of 80,000 euros (HT) over the total duration of the contract.
