**Description of the procurement:**

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of eggs for the Toruń and Inowrocław garrison.

The framework agreement will be divided into 12 lots, each corresponding to a month of the year. The estimated quantity of eggs to be delivered each month is 5 000 pieces.

The eggs must meet the following requirements:

- Category: Class A

- Weight: 60-65 g

- Packaging: 30 pieces per carton

- Shelf life: at least 21 days from the date of delivery

The tenderer must submit a tender for each lot separately. The tender must include the following information:

- Price per piece

- Delivery terms

- Payment terms

The tenderer must also provide a certificate of compliance with the requirements set out in the tender documentation.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract to the tenderer who offers the best price-quality ratio.
