Hollandia – Szociális gondozás és kapcsolódó szolgáltatások – Dienstverlening statushouders

A tender's aim is to contract one contractor who provides integral, high-quality and flexible services focused on social support, financial self-reliance and participation/work of status holders and integration obligated persons within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. In addition, the aim is for the same contractor to also carry out the participation declaration trajectories. The estimated contract value is € 177.024,- per year, excl. VAT. The maximum total value of this contract is € 1.200.000 excl. VAT over a period of four (4) years. If the maximum total value is exceeded within the maximum duration of four (4) years, the framework agreement will no longer be valid and the framework agreement will end by operation of law. In that case, the municipality will re-tender the contract in accordance with the applicable tendering legislation.
