A tender procedure's subject is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement entitled „FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT – SECURING ACTIVITIES AT THE SSZ AND SHZ FACILITIES IN THE LOGICAL UNIT MACHINE HALL AND LOGICAL UNIT EXTERNAL OBJECTS OF THE DUKOVANY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT‟, which is tendered in the form of a Negotiated Procedure with publication according to § 161 ZZVZ. The subject of the individual Partial Contracts concluded on the basis of the Framework Agreement is the obligation of the Supplier, at its own expense and risk for the Contracting Authority, under the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement and in the Partial Contracts, to ensure that the Contracting Authority carries out the required firmly defined complex activities and the volume of performance hours within the framework of maintenance, repairs and controls: - of stable water deluge systems (SSZ), - of stable CO2 fire extinguishing systems (SHZ), - of stable aerosol system for DG1-12 (AHZ), - of stable deluge system for DG1-12 (RHZ), - of stable NOVEC 1230 HU 01-11 fire extinguishing systems.
