A Tender's subject is the processing of the urban and architectural solution of a city residential block with an active ground floor in the locality of Nové Dvory (Praha 4), on lands with a total area of 9 257 m², parc. č. 1459, 1460, 1461/1, 1461/2, 1462, 1463, 1464, 1469, 1470, 1471, 1472, 1473, 1474, 1475, 1476, 1477, 1480, 1481 and 1482 in the cadastral area of Lhotka. The above-mentioned lands are owned by the city of Prague, with the exception of the lands parc. č. 1471 and 1472, which are owned by private entities.
