A tender procedure's subject is the conclusion of a contract for work, according to the Contract Conditions for the construction of civil and engineering networks of buildings designed by the employer according to FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming the contract for work. The subject of the Public Procurement Contract is the construction work within the implementation of the Work, including in particular the activities according to Section 4.2.4 of the Tender Documentation. The complete list of construction objects realized within the Public Procurement Contract is given in Annex No. 7 of the TD. The Work is divided into the following Sections: a) Section 1 – Construction objects of relocations; b) Section 2 – Construction objects included in the project – Eligible expenses; c) Section 3 – Construction objects included in the project – Ineligible expenses; d) Section 4 – Construction objects included outside the project, (details of the individual Sections see Annex No. 7 TD /Technical Specification/). The Supplier will carry out the construction work during the implementation of the Work, specifically, it is a matter of building flood protection measures, including the implementation of related terrain and landscape adjustments, and that under the conditions further specified in the Contract.
