A tender procedure's subject is the procurement of services for the delivery of TDIFF and KDIFF protection devices (TDIFF = Transformatordifferenzialschutz, KDIFF = Knotendifferenzialschutz) with pre-installed software and the delivery of an operating program to operate the protection devices; the requirements for these are set out in the framework agreement for supply services and, in particular, the description of supply services. The protection devices are intended for use in the Berlin distribution network at:

- 110/10-kV transformers

- 110-kV star point grounding coils

- 110-kV charging current compensation coils

- 110-kV switchgear

- 10-kV switchgear

- 10-kV star point formers

The subject of the tender procedure is also the procurement of repair and service for the aforementioned TDIFF and KDIFF protection devices to be delivered, including software and operating program. The requirements for these are set out in the framework agreement for service services and, in particular, the description of service services.
