Csehország – Javítási és karbantartási szolgáltatások – Oprava a modifikace stávajícího VZT zařízení 55 a 56 pro větrání bariérových chovů ve zvěřinci zadavatele

A tendering procedure's aim is to conclude a contract for a work that will adjust the conditions and requirements for the subject of performance, the purpose of which is to repair the air-conditioning units No. 55 and 56 for ventilating the barrier enclosures in pavilion Fb (the contractor's zoo). The existing units will be dismantled into components and the individual chambers will be reassembled in a new order. Before the individual chambers of the units are remounted, a thorough cleaning of the inner and outer surfaces of the chambers will be carried out. When the VZT units are reinstalled, it will be necessary to connect to the existing VZT pipework. As part of these works, it will be necessary to have new VZT pipework fittings manufactured, or existing ones modified. Before the actual implementation, the selected supplier will have to determine its own work procedure and adhere to the set work schedule, which is Appendix No. 3 of the ZD. The works will be carried out in sequence, the expected sequence of works is as follows: • Relocation of enclosures ventilated by VZT 55 • Modification of the by-pass between VZT 55 and 56 • Complete repair of VZT 55 and commissioning • Relocation of enclosures from operations ventilated by VZT 56 • Modification of the by-pass between VZT 55 and 56 • Complete repair of VZT 56 and commissioning • Complete tests after completion of VZT equipment assembly and all subsequent professions • Handing over the work During the repairs, the operation of building Fb must not be endangered, particularly by the interruption of the supply of hot and cold water, drinking water, electrical energy, and the enclosures of laboratory animals must not be contaminated due to the repairs. The repair will also include the supply of all assembly and consumable materials. The supplier must also expect that it will be necessary to replace or supplement small pipework distribution and cable parts, threaded rods, screws, flexible mounts, etc. A more detailed description of the scope and content of the subject of the public contract is given in detail in Appendix No. 2 of the ZD (Technical Report incl. appendices) and in Appendix No. 1 of the ZD (Itemised Budget - Statement of Quantities).
