A tender procedure is being conducted for the conclusion of framework agreements for the provision of mobile telephony services for the participating contracting authorities. Each contracting authority intends to conclude a civil law framework agreement with the most economically advantageous tenderer, each under the same economic conditions. The services include, in particular, mobile telephony and data services, including SIM cards, voice and SMS services, data volume, roaming and international connection services, network coverage, availability, bandwidth, migration, administration, user and authorization management, blocking, additional options, support services, as well as transparent billing and reporting structures. The aim is to economically, securely, technically up-to-date and administratively efficiently cover the current and future needs of the contracting authorities.
