A tendering procedure's subject is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 of the ZZVZ between the contracting authority and multiple suppliers, where individual contracts will be awarded by reopening the competition among the participants of the framework agreement according to § 132(3)(a) ZZVZ. The subject of the framework agreement, or the subject of the individual contracts awarded according to the agreed procedure and based on the agreement, will be the provision of services, particularly:

- delivery of new cooling or freezing equipment to ČS (hereinafter referred to as "equipment");

- ensuring and performing warranty service for cooling or freezing equipment for a period of 60 months from the date of the contracting authority taking over the equipment;

- ensuring and performing out-of-warranty service for the equipment for a period of 60 months from the date of the contracting authority taking over the equipment; out-of-warranty service also includes the delivery of spare parts for the equipment at the usual market price;

- ensuring and performing post-warranty service for the equipment for a period of 72 months from the expiration of the equipment's warranty; post-warranty service also includes the delivery of spare parts for the equipment at the usual market price;

- ensuring and performing post-warranty service for the existing cooling and freezing equipment of the contracting authority at ČS (hereinafter referred to as "existing equipment") with a warranty period of 6 months from the date of performing the service of the specific equipment; post-warranty service of the existing equipment also includes the delivery of spare parts for the equipment at the usual market price.
