A tendering procedure's subject is the provision of SAP Basis services for the existing and transforming SAP system landscape of the UKA, including connected SAP and non-SAP peripheral systems. The SAP systems of the UKA are hosted by SAP both in the HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) and in the Private Cloud Edition (PCE). This requires active SAP-Basis monitoring combined with active and continuous system improvement, as well as the transfer of knowledge of SAP and SAP-Basis expertise.
