A tendering procedure is being conducted to award a framework agreement to one (1) supplier for the maintenance and construction of outdoor greenery and outdoor areas. The request, as published by Hogeschool Rotterdam, can be divided into three categories. 1. Regular periodic maintenance based on location-specific maintenance recipes (as requested by Hogeschool Rotterdam) 2. Maintenance on demand 3. Construction projects. This concerns both the maintenance and construction of outdoor greenery and outdoor areas. Hogeschool Rotterdam will purchase a total estimated value of a maximum of €2.000.000 (excl. VAT) under the Framework Agreement. The total contract value is, based on historical data, on average €235.000 excl. VAT per year. No rights can be derived from this tender. In view of political, economic, budgetary, organisational and/or managerial developments and the associated growth and decline of Hogeschool Rotterdam, it is possible that the number of locations and other specifications to which the Framework Agreement relates may expand, shrink or change. These developments may affect the scope of the Framework Agreement. Applicants should take this into account.
