Románia – Nem veszélyes hulladék és szemét kezelésével és ártalmatlanításával kapcsolatos szolgáltatások – Contract de delegare prin concesiune a serviciului de operare a Centrului de Management Integrat al Deșeurilor Roești, a Stațiilor de sortare Râureni si Brezoi, Stație de compostare Râureni activități componente ale serviciului de salubrizare al unităților administrativ teritoriale membre ale Asociației de Dezvoltare Intercomunitara ADISSL Vâlcea

A Roești Integrated Waste Management Centre, Râureni and Brezoi Sorting Stations, and Râureni Composting Station, which are components of the sanitation service of the member administrative-territorial units of the Intercommunal Development Association ADISSL Vâlcea, are to be operated by a concession delegation contract. The duration of the management delegation contract is 8 years (96 months) from the date of entry into force of the contract. The contract duration was established in accordance with the analysis carried out at the level of the Opportunity Study, annexed to the present documentation. The main activities to be performed by the delegate/prestator during the contract period are described in the book of tasks. Clarification requests regarding the award documentation may be submitted until the 26th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Responses to clarification requests will be published on the 16th day before the submission of offers. Only clarification requests from economic operators will be answered until the deadline set in the participation notice.
