A tender procedure is for specialist planning services for broadband expansion in the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg. In the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg, the so-called "White Spots 1" have been successfully addressed as part of the previous federal and state funding programmes, so that significant underserved areas have already been supplied with gigabit-capable infrastructure. In addition, there are further contiguous funding areas that are to be developed in the follow-up programme "White Spots 2". These are the three collective municipalities of Lüchow, Gartow and Elbtalaue, for which the respective funding has been applied for and provisional grant notices are available. The subject of this tender is planning and monitoring services for the broadband expansion in the three collective municipalities of Lüchow, Gartow and Elbtalaue in the supply area of the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg. A phased award is planned, with local construction supervision to be awarded separately according to the current planning. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to also call this up via the contract in question.
