A tender concerns the subscription and management of an insurance contract covering civil liability risks through a tender procedure in accordance with Articles R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code de la commande publique. The tender is reserved for insurance companies and persons authorized to present insurance operations under Articles L.310-1 and following and L.511-1 and following of the Code des assurances. The contract is awarded for a maximum period of four (4) years from 1 January 2027, with each party having the option to terminate the contract on 1 January of each year, notified by the initiating party to the other party by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The notice period for termination is six (6) months (Article L.113-12 of the Code des assurances in the version in force since 28/05/2026) if the termination is initiated by the insurer and four months if it is initiated by the subscriber.
