Attention, this is a second publication, the first publication had tender number T195287. The changes compared to the previously published tender are indicated in colour. These are changes that were already included in the Nota van Inlichtingen from the earlier tender, but also changes that have been implemented by EBN. Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) is a public company in the energy sector. We strive for a reliable, affordable and sustainable energy supply today and in the future. We do this by working on responsible CO2 storage, a sustainable gas system and a sustainable heat transition. We work on this together with public and private partners and use our knowledge, expertise and financial strength to accelerate the construction of a sustainable energy system. All this is necessary to achieve the climate goals based on sustainable energy sources. Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) invites market parties to register for this European Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for the renovation and sustainability of our office location in Utrecht. The assignment includes the concretisation, planning and execution of the accommodation plan for an office of approximately 4200 m², where around 250 employees work daily. The aim is to make more efficient use of the space, to better meet the needs of employees and the type of work they do, and at the same time to promote the sustainability of the office. Circularity plays an important role in this. We are looking for a party that can offer both design capacity and project management and operational execution. Interested parties are invited to consult the tender documentation of the selective phase and to submit a registration.
