L'IT-DLZ intende acquisire un software open-source per l'hosting di file e gestirlo autonomamente sulla infrastruttura server esistente. La soluzione non deve sostituire gli strumenti esistenti, in particolare Microsoft 365 e Outlook/Exchange, ma deve integrare specificamente la funzione di scambio di file protetti da password e limitati nel tempo con partner interni ed esterni.
