Tampereen korkeakouluyhteisö acquisisce in joint procurement building technical works. The purchasing unit is and the procurement contracts are made by Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiö sr (TAU) and Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (TAMK). The subject of the procurement are the building technical repair, maintenance, alteration and renovation works to be carried out in the Client's properties, buildings and other managed sites. The works may include repairs relating to individual building sections, space changes, building works related to changes in use, and other separately procured building technical entities. These are, for example, space change or repair projects, which are competed among wood suppliers. The works are carried out on all the Client's campuses at different sites, for example: - TAMK main campus, floor area approx. 50 000 m2 - Hervannan campus, floor area approx. 100 000 m2 - Kaupin campus, floor area approx. 30 000 m2 - City Centre campus, floor area approx. 80 000 m2. The above-mentioned sites are examples, and work can also be carried out at other sites. The call for tender does not cover the changes and repair work carried out by the property owner in their own sites, with the exception of the properties owned by Tampereen korkeakouluyhteisö itself. The alterations are mainly targeted at the spaces, systems and operating environments of learning and research environments, based on the needs of their users or the parties responsible for their maintenance. Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiö's alterations comply with the Client's and property owners', such as Suomen Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy's, guidelines on construction, and the alterations are documented in the BEM project bank (the project bank may change during the contract period as a result of the tender). For TAMK, the corresponding system is currently Haahtela PRIS. The purchasing unit selects five (5) bidders with the best placement in the comparison for the framework agreement. If there are fewer than five (5) bidders, all bidders who meet the suitability and minimum requirements for the bidders and who have submitted a bid in accordance with the call for tender are selected for the framework agreement. The framework agreement period is four (4) years. The framework agreement is created only when both parties have signed the framework agreement. Contracts relating to individual procurement projects may be shorter or longer than the actual framework agreement period. If necessary, individual procurement-related contracts may continue beyond the framework agreement period. Based on the framework agreement, the maximum value of the procurements to be made is 4,500,000 euros (VAT 0%), of which Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiö's share is 3,000,000 euros (VAT 0%) and Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu's 1,500,000 euros (VAT 0%). Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiö and Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu make their own framework agreements. The terms of the agreement and the making of procurements are described in more detail in Annex 1 Framework Agreement Draft of the call for tender.
