A test result confirming the presence of anaerobic spores in 0,0001 g, which will be commissioned by the Buyer, will result in the return of the purchased batch of goods at the Seller's expense. The VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the headings (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the VAT Act. The Buyer is a farmer and the ordered product will be used for its own needs.
