* Creation of a warm roof on a concrete slab with a vapour barrier, mineral wool fall insulation and a 2-layer bituminous sealing

* Plumbing works with the following partial services

* Electro-installation sheet metal ducts integrated in the base insulation

* Creation of new attic covering and roof drainage in pre-oxidised copper

* Creation of new roof drainage systems

* Roof gutter heating including control and power distribution

* Rope safety system on flat roof

* RWA flaps and roof hatch

Component KG E (Roof area approx. 24,6 * 24,6 = 605 sqm) - Demolition of old downpipes and sheet metal - Carpentry works with the following partial services

* Renewal of rafters in partial areas for the existing roof structure

* Installation of a vapour barrier and mineral wool insulation in the roof space

* Creation of a new roof sheathing for the roof sealing

* Sealing works with the following partial services

* Creation of a cold roof with 2-layer bituminous sealing

* Plumbing works with the following partial services

* Creation of new attic covering and roof drainage in copper

* Creation of new roof drainage systems

* Roof gutter heating including control and power distribution
