Strategic Supplier Management for the Government (SLM Rijk) requires external expertise to supplement its own knowledge and skills in the field of IBM (incl. Red Hat) and SAP products/services and the ICT suppliers themselves. This external expertise is contracted until 31 March 2026, but must be re-acquired for the subsequent years in order to continue to perform the task of SLM Rijk IBM and -SAP. Based on the experiences gained in recent years as well as the expected future developments, it is expected that the future need will average 675 hours per lot per year. Per lot, the assignment will be maximised to 4,000 hours (average 1,000 hours per lot per year).
