Lo scopo dell'appalto è stipulare un contratto con un unico fornitore per la manutenzione e le riparazioni della flotta di veicoli della metropolitana leggera Bybanen. A partire dalla Data di Avvio dei servizi, il contratto di Manutenzione avrà una durata di 8 anni, fino al 1 luglio 2035. Il Cliente ha la facoltà unilaterale di prorogare il contratto di Manutenzione per 1+1+1+1+1+1 anno alle stesse condizioni e termini.
