**Description:**

The contracting authority is looking for a service provider to carry out the professional recovery, transport and storage of seized bodies/body parts in the course of police operations within the framework of criminal investigations.

The service provider must have the necessary expertise and equipment to handle such sensitive tasks. The service provider must ensure that the bodies/body parts are treated with dignity and respect, and that the chain of custody is maintained at all times. The service provider must also comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, data protection and environmental protection.

The service provider must submit a tender that includes a detailed description of the services to be provided, the methodology to be used, the equipment to be employed, and the costs involved. The tender must also include a certificate of good standing and proof of insurance.

The contracting authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to cancel the procurement procedure at any time, and to accept any tender that is considered to be in the best interest of the contracting authority.
