1. **Technical specifications**

- The technical specifications are defined in the tender documents. The tenderer must comply with the technical specifications and requirements set out in the tender documents. The tenderer must provide a detailed description of the proposed solution, including the technical specifications, and any additional information that may be relevant to the evaluation of the tender.

2. **Certificates**

- The tenderer must submit the following certificates:

- Certificate of incorporation or registration

- Certificate of tax registration

- Certificate of VAT registration

- Certificate of compliance with environmental standards

- Certificate of compliance with health and safety standards

- Certificate of compliance with labour laws and regulations

3. **Financial documents**

- The tenderer must submit the following financial documents:

- Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years

- Bank reference letter

- Proof of financial capacity to undertake the contract

4. **Legal documents**

- The tenderer must submit the following legal documents:

- Power of attorney (if applicable)

- Certificate of non-conviction for economic crimes

- Certificate of non-conviction for corruption-related offences

5. **Other documents**

- The tenderer must submit any other documents that may be relevant to the evaluation of the tender, such as:

- Proof of experience in similar projects

- References from previous clients

- Any other relevant documents that may support the tenderer's proposal

6. **Declaration of interest**

- The tenderer must submit a declaration of interest, stating that the tenderer has no conflict of interest with the contracting authority and that the tenderer is not subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions that would prevent the tenderer from performing the contract.

7. **Submission of documents**

- All documents must be submitted in English and in the language of the contracting authority. The tenderer must ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. The tenderer must submit the documents in the format and manner specified in the tender documents. The tenderer must submit the documents by the deadline specified in the tender documents.
