TED notice subject covers the supply of various types of medical devices/consumables – sterile threads. The procurement is divided into 5 (five) separate lots, detailed and described in detail in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1, an integral part of the present instructions for participation. The contracting authority requires the completeness of the offers for the Separate Lots. The term of execution of the public procurement is 24 (twenty-four) months, from the date of signing the contract. The validity period of the offers is 6 months. When examining the offers, the appointed commission will apply the so-called "reverse order", pursuant to Article 104, paragraph 2 of the PPA, in connection with Article 61 of the PPA, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be carried out before the examination of the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. The performance guarantee is in the amount of 2% (two percent) of the value of the contract, excluding VAT. Pursuant to Article 52, paragraph 5 of the PPA, if necessary, the contracting authority may require participants to provide samples after submitting the offer, sent through the platform, in order to prove the conformity of the offered medical devices with the parameters set out in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1.
