Airija – Statybos darbai – Croí Cónaithe (Cities) Scheme - Expression of Interest Fifth Call

Croí Cónaithe (Miestai) programa yra fondas, skirtas remti butų statybą, skirtą pardavimui savininkams. Programos tikslas – užpildyti dabartinį „Naudingumo Skilimą“ tarp butų statybos kainos ir rinkos pardavimo kainos (kur statybos kaina yra didesnė). Finansavimas Croí Cónaithe (Miestai) programai bus skirtas tik tinkamoms butų plėtrai, kur yra parodytas naudingumo skilimas. Jei šis skilimas nebus užpildytas, tai bus viena iš priežasčių, dėl kurių butai nebus statomi arba bus statomi, bet nebus parduodami savininkams. Programą tvarkys ir administruos Gyvenamųjų Namų Agentūra nuo Žemės Ūkio, Vietos Savivaldos ir Paveldo Departamento. Gyvenamųjų Namų Agentūra dabar priims interesų išraiškas dėl plėtros per e-tenderus, kad išsiaiškintų tinkamas pasiūlymus.
