**III.III.1.1) Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers**

- The economic operator must be legally established in one of the Member States of the European Union or in a country that is a signatory to the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) and must be able to demonstrate this with appropriate documents.

- The economic operator must have the necessary professional qualifications and experience to provide the services required under the framework agreement.

- The economic operator must have a valid tax identification number and be registered for VAT purposes in their country of establishment.

- The economic operator must not be in a situation of insolvency or bankruptcy.
