Vokietija – Inžinerijos paslaugos – AZV - Neubau der Kläranlage Untere Ahr in Remagen: Ingenieursleistungen der Baulogistik für das Bauvorhaben

Der Abwasserzweckverband Untere Ahr (AZV UA) plans to build a new wastewater treatment plant in Remagen, after the existing plant in Sinzig was severely damaged by the flood disaster in 2021. The site selected for the new construction is north of the B 266 on a plot of land that is approximately 7-8 m higher than the old site and is therefore flood-proof. The project is currently in the design and approval planning phase (Phase 3/4-HOAI). After the building permit application is submitted in April 2026, preparatory measures for the construction of the wastewater treatment plant in Remagen are to begin in 2026. Only a pumping station will remain at the old site in Sinzig. For this, consulting, conceptual, and possibly construction-accompanying engineering services in the field of construction logistics by a professionally qualified engineering company are required. The following requested scope of services is necessary for the technically optimal implementation of the construction measure and the legally compliant handling of the topic of construction logistics and is of extraordinary importance for the success of the project. It is intended to award the following scope of services in 3 stages. Implementation times: - Stage 1: immediately after the order, probably in September 2026, - Stage 2: at the beginning of the 1st quarter of 2027, - Stage 3: at the beginning of the 2nd quarter of 2027 until the end of the 4th quarter of 2031.
