TED notice subject involves the delivery of single-jet, multi-jet, voltmeter and ultrasonic water meters for drinking water and communication modules in one with the accompanying license for data transfer and integration for remote reading of water meters, necessary to ensure the operational activities of "V and K Dobrich" AD for a period of 24 months. The order will be executed by delivering, in accordance with the proposal in the participant's offer determined as the Contractor, in advance written requests from the Client, in accordance with the needs of “V and K Dobrich” AD, where the request will mention the specific type of service, product and its technical parameters, according to the Technical Specification and the exact quantity. The conduct of the current procedure is to achieve absolute accuracy in the reading of the devices and the transmission of data on the consumed drinking water from a distance, without the need to ensure access to the building. In the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation, the main technical parameters and characteristics relating to the subject of the order, as well as all the requirements of the Client concerning it and necessary for its quality execution, are described in detail.
