Lenkija – Architektūros, statybų, inžinerijos ir inspektavimo paslaugos – Opracowanie Studium Techniczno-Ekonomiczno-Środowiskowego (STEŚ) wraz z uzyskaniem Decyzji o Środowiskowych Uwarunkowaniach, a także opracowaniem Projektu Robót Geologicznych (PRG) na potrzeby wykonania dokumentacji geologiczno-inżynierskiej dla zadania „Budowa obwodnicy Strzelec Opolskich w ciągu drogi krajowej nr 94.”

TED Notice Subject: The subject of this tender procedure is the preparation of the Technical, Economic and Environmental Study (STEŚ) documentation together with the obtaining of the Decision on Environmental Conditions, as well as the preparation of the Geological Works Project (PRG) for the needs of geological and engineering documentation for the task "Construction of the Strzelec Opolskie bypass on the national road no. 94." The investment objective is to divert transit traffic outside the urban built-up area, improve the throughput of the city's communication system, increase road safety and improve living conditions for residents by reducing noise, emissions and nuisances associated with heavy vehicle traffic. The implementation of the project will also ensure the efficient operation of the national road no. 94 as an alternative communication route to the A4 motorway.

The scope of the investment includes, among others: • construction of a new section of the national road no. 94 with a length of approx. 9 km; • construction of engineering structures, including viaducts and culverts; • construction of additional carriageways to serve the adjacent area; • construction of pedestrian and cycle paths; • construction of road maintenance circuit; • construction of intersections and reconstruction of the existing road system in places of collision with the designed bypass; • construction of road traffic safety devices and environmental protection devices; • construction of road lighting and technological canal; • construction or reconstruction of technical infrastructure not related/related to the road (storm, sanitary, gas, energy networks), telecommunications, water supply, weather station, traffic lights); • carrying out the cutting of trees colliding with the investment and planting greenery. The preparation of the design documentation covers, among others: 1) Technical, Economic and Environmental Study 2) Performance of traffic measurements along with traffic analysis and forecast 3) Program of geotechnical tests, geological and engineering study, geological works project, hydrogeological documentation, geological and geotechnical drilling 4) Performance of natural inventory 5) Materials for the application for the decision on environmental conditions (including the Information Card of the Undertaking) 6) Report on the impact of the planned undertaking on the environment 7) Information meetings with residents 8) Preparation of BRD assessment 9) Conducting BRD Audit. The value of the order is within the range of: 144 000 to 10 000 000 EUR.
