3. **Description of the procurement**

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Informatics (DIGIT), intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of IT hardware and associated services.

The framework agreement will cover the following categories of IT hardware:

- Desktop computers

- Laptop computers

- Tablets

- Monitors

- Printers

- Servers

- Storage devices

- Network equipment

The associated services will include:

- Delivery and installation

- Maintenance and support

- Warranty extension

- Data destruction and disposal

The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 5 000 000, excluding VAT.
