II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The purpose of this contract is to establish a framework agreement for the maintenance, repair and servicing of a fleet of MERCEDES ambulances and small vehicles. The framework agreement will cover the following services:

- Preventive maintenance (inspection, lubrication, replacement of wear parts, etc.)

- Corrective maintenance (repair of faults, replacement of defective parts, etc.)

- Emergency repairs (24/7 availability)

- Periodic technical inspections

- Supply of spare parts and consumables

- Technical assistance and support

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is 1 500 000.00 EUR (excluding VAT).

- The economic operator must have a valid certificate of insurance covering liability for damages caused to third parties.
