The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Tivoli (CHU Tivoli) intends to purchase, install, commission, train and maintain a garment distribution system for the laundry service. The system will be installed in the laundry room of the main building. The system must be able to distribute garments on hangers to the various departments of the hospital. The system must be able to manage the distribution of garments to the various departments, as well as the collection of used garments. The system must be equipped with a user-friendly interface and be able to integrate with the hospital's existing information system. The system must also be able to generate reports on garment distribution and collection. The system must be delivered, installed and commissioned within 3 months of the contract signature. The supplier must also provide training for the hospital staff on the use of the system. The supplier must also provide a maintenance contract for the system for a period of 24 months. The estimated value of the contract is 150 000,00 EUR.
