**Contract Notice Title:** Supply of a loading system for a LF10 vehicle under construction

**Contract Notice Description:** The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), intends to award a contract for the supply of a loading system for a LF10 vehicle under construction. The loading system must be designed to handle a payload of up to 10 000 kg and must be compatible with the vehicle's existing infrastructure. The system must also meet the following requirements:

**Technical Requirements:**

**Payload Capacity:** 10 000 kg

**Lifting Height:** 3 000 mm

**Power Supply:** 24 V DC

**Control System:** Wireless remote control with a range of at least 50 m

**Safety Features:** Emergency stop function, overload protection, and automatic shut-off in case of malfunction

**Environmental Conditions:**

**Operating Temperature Range:** -20°C to +50°C

**Humidity Range:** 0 % to 95 % non-condensing

**IP Rating:** IP65

**Delivery Details:**

**Delivery Location:** Brussels, Belgium

**Delivery Date:** 01/06/2023

**Delivery Instructions:** The loading system must be delivered to the specified location in a ready-to-install condition. The contractor must also provide installation and training services.

**Contract Duration:** The contract will commence on the date of delivery and will last for a period of 12 months. During this period, the contractor will be responsible for maintenance and repair services.

**Budget:** The estimated budget for this contract is EUR 500 000 (exclusive of VAT).
