**Contract notice description:**

The contracting authority intends to award a framework agreement for the supply of reagents for the execution of gasometries, with the placement of equipment for consumption in water, for a period of 4 years, with the option to extend for 2 additional years. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 5 000 000,00 (excluding VAT).

The contract will be divided into 4 lots, as follows:

Lot 1: Reagents for blood gas analysis.

Lot 2: Reagents for electrolyte analysis.

Lot 3: Reagents for metabolic analysis.

Lot 4: Reagents for coagulation analysis.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract to one or more economic operators, depending on the offers received and the needs of the contracting authority.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15.11.2023, at 12:00 (Lisbon time). Tenders must be submitted electronically via the electronic procurement platform of the contracting authority, available at https://www.compraspublicas.pt

The award criteria will be the most economically advantageous tender, based on the following weighted factors:

Price (60 %)

Technical quality of the reagents (30 %)

After-sales service (10 %)

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer(s) who obtain(s) the highest score, taking into account the weighted factors mentioned above.

The contracting authority reserves the right to reject any tender that does not comply with the requirements of the contract notice or that is not submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in the contract notice.

The contracting authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the tenderers.
