- Urban mobility and public transport efficiency in Piatra Neamț municipality, through the modernization of road and pedestrian infrastructure, the implementation of an integrated intelligent traffic management system and the arrangement of green and bicycle infrastructure along the mobility corridor Bd. General Nicolae Dăscălescu – Str. Dimitrie Leonida.

- Rehabilitation and modernization of the road system of Bd. General Dăscălescu and the bypasses from str. Dimitrie Leonida, by refurbishing the foundation, road layers and asphalt pavement, to ensure load-bearing capacity and operational durability.

- Modernization of sidewalks and pedestrian accesses along the street, including adaptation for people with disabilities, to increase pedestrian safety and comfort.

- Implementation of road safety measures, through vertical and horizontal signaling works, protective barriers, markings and traffic equipment.

- Installation of street equipment and fittings necessary for the functionality and comfort of public space (urban furniture, delimitation elements, equipment related to public lighting).

- Landscaping of green areas adjacent to the street, over an area of approximately 3.489 m2, through earthworks, sowing with grass and planting of decorative trees and shrubs, for the visual integration of the investment and improvement of the urban environment quality.

- Works of interventions at the artworks: Pasaj peste strada Dimitrie Leonida, Pasaj peste CF Bacau – Bicaz, Pod peste CHE Bistrita.
