The Flemish Region, represented by the Department of Mobility and Public Works, is seeking to conclude a framework agreement with one or more economic operators for the provision of groundwater modelling services for the "Complex Project" Gentbrugge Viaduct.

The services to be provided include:

- Development of a groundwater model for the project area.

- Calibration and validation of the groundwater model.

- Simulation of different groundwater scenarios.

- Preparation of a report on the groundwater model and the results of the simulations.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months.

Interested economic operators are invited to submit their expressions of interest by 15.01.2024.
