Aprašymas

SKI įveda dinaminią pirkimo sistemą (toliau – Sistema), susijusią su IT priemonės ir susijusių paslaugų pirkimu. Visi SKI klientai, pateikti Bilage B Klientų sąraše, gali naudotis Sistema, jei jie nori įsigyti IT priemonės paslaugų. Klientų sąrašas Bilage B.1 nurodo klientus ir jų organizacijas, kurios yra SKI klientai pirkimo momentu ir gali naudotis Sistema. Dinaminė pirkimo sistema gali būti naudojama visų SKI klientų, kurie yra ordino teikėjai, per visą Sistemos galiojimo laikotarpį. Visos Danijos valstybės dalys, regionai ir savivaldybės – įskaitant viešąsias įmones ir viešai valdomas įmones, kurios yra priverstos atlikti pirkimus dėl savo viešojo valdytojo statuso – gali tapti SKI klientais, pasirašydami abonementą, apimantį jų organizaciją. Kai nauji ordino teikėjai tampa SKI klientais, SKI atnaujins klientų sąrašą SKI.dk ir praneš SKI.dk, kad buvo atnaujintas SKI klientų sąrašas, kurie yra nauji klientai SKI ir nuo kurios datos jie gali skelbti pirkimus sistemoje. Klientų sąrašas Bilage B.1 nebus atnaujintas po pirkimo momentu. Vietoj to, SKI klientų sąrašas bus visada prieinamas viešai SKI.dk. Sistema bus pasiūlyta kaip viena kategorija su vienu bendru IT priemonės paslaugų objektu. Kategorija buvo sukurta su kliento poreikių atsižvelgimu į IT priemonės paslaugų įsigijimą per objektų paslaugų sritį. Sistema gali būti naudojama, kad būtų įsigyta šios paslaugų sritys: 1. Debesų priemonės 2. Duomenų centras 3. Ko-lokacija 4. Tinklo priemonės 5. Aplikacijos priemonės 6. Galutinio vartotojo paslaugos 7. Saugumo paslaugos. Sistemos objektas yra aprašytas Bilage C Sistemos objektas.
